Occupational Health and Safety is the responsibility of every NİKEL PASLANMAZ ÇELİK employee.

Responsibilities and authorities for complying with applicable laws, regulations, legislation, and all other Occupational Health and Safety requirements will be shared among all our employees.

At NİKEL PASLANMAZ ÇELİK, Occupational Health and Safety is as important as all our other business objectives.

All accidents are preventable and must be prevented. There is always a safer way to perform every task.

Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety, an appropriate environment will be provided to ensure the consultation and participation of our employees, employee representatives, and suppliers visiting our facilities.

All occupational health and safety hazards and risks arising from our activities will be identified, root causes will be investigated, and preventive measures and programs will be implemented decisively to reduce these risks to the lowest reasonably acceptable level. These practices will be results-oriented and will be continuously reviewed and improved.

At NİKEL PASLANMAZ ÇELİK, training is indispensable for the effective implementation of the ISO 45001 standard and for establishing and enhancing individual awareness of Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities.
