GRINDING LINE
The Grinding Line is designed to process the outer surfaces of stainless steel sheet plates. This process produces smoother, brighter, and textured surface finishes, enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the material and preparing it for delivery. It also eliminates surface imperfections, resulting in stainless steel sheet plates and related products with a more uniform finish.
Units of the Grinding Line
The Grinding Line for stainless steel sheets consists of several integrated units, including the Feeding (Entry), Grinding, Brushing, Coating, Cleaning, Unloading (Exit), and Stacking Units.
The Entry and Feeding Units are responsible for transferring the stainless steel sheets into the production line. The Grinding Unit removes surface imperfections while providing the required surface finish. This unit processes stainless steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0,5 mm to 3 mm.
The Brushing Unit gives the material its decorative appearance. The Coating Unit applies the protective coating to the sheet plates. After coating, the sheets pass through the Cleaning Unit for final surface cleaning. Finally, the finished sheets are transferred to the Unloading Unit and discharged from the production line, after which they are stacked for shipment or storage.
Materials Used on the Grinding Line
The primary material processed on the Grinding Line is stainless steel sheet. Thanks to its excellent wear resistance and high-temperature resistance, stainless steel is ideally suited for this production process. The Grinding Line enables the production of decorative stainless steel products suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
In addition to stainless steel, Grinding Lines can also process rubber, plastic, and aluminum alloys. These materials can be easily ground, shaped, and finished to achieve the required surface quality.
