64-Head 8K Polishing System
Our production line is equipped with a 2021 model 64-head polishing system. It enables flawless processing of stainless steel surfaces without imperfections. The high number of polishing heads ensures that the sheets requested by our customers are free from surface defects and irregularities. On the contrary, it eliminates even the smallest imperfections during the polishing process. With our 64-head system, the finished plates achieve both exceptional brightness and a perfectly smooth surface.
Thickness Range of the 8K Polishing Line
Our 8K polishing line, distinguished by its mirror finish and outstanding brilliance, is available for a variety of manufacturing requirements. At our facility, we process stainless steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 1,00 mm to 4,00 mm. Our wide processing range enables us to meet our customers' requirements and expectations effectively.
Width and Processing Capacity of the 8K Polishing Line
To support projects requiring wide surface dimensions, our polishing line offers a processing width of 1500 mm. One of its most important features is its high processing capacity, ensuring outstanding operational efficiency. The line is capable of processing both Matte 2B and Bright BA surface finishes.
8K PVC Coating
After achieving a mirror finish on 8K surfaces, we pay close attention to every detail before shipping the products to our customers' factories or construction sites. We take every precaution to prevent even the slightest scratches.
To protect the polished surfaces, we apply a PVC protective coating. In addition, we provide paper interleaving between sheets to prevent friction during stacking. These specialized protection methods prevent damage and scratching during handling and transportation. Thanks to our protection system, our customers receive products with outstanding surface quality, brilliant mirror finishes, and flawless condition.
