It is essential that the Thick Hot Cut-to-Length Line processes materials in dimensions suitable for project requirements. In both industrial manufacturing and heavy industry, preparing coil materials to the required dimensions is one of the first stages of the production process.

Thickness Capacity of the Hot Cut-to-Length Line
The Hot Cut-to-Length Line is designed to meet the demanding requirements of the heavy industry sector. To ensure maximum versatility, it is capable of processing materials in a wide range of dimensions. Our facility performs leveling and cut-to-length processing for material thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 12 mm. We process hot-rolled coils with widths of up to 2000 mm and lengths of up to 15 meters.
Sheet Leveling and Flattening System
Achieving a perfectly flat surface after uncoiling thick stainless steel sheets is one of the most critical stages of the manufacturing process. To obtain this level of flatness, hot-rolled thick sheets must be processed with maximum precision. One of the key advantages of our system is its ability to produce material of a quality suitable for laser cutting.
Our production line is equipped with two flattening units and one pre-leveling unit. These systems eliminate internal stresses within the material and remove surface waviness. Thanks to our high-performance flattening system, imperfections are eliminated, allowing the finished material to be used in your projects with maximum precision.

Coil Uncoiling Unit
The Coil Uncoiling Unit, located at the beginning of the Hot Cut-to-Length Line, has a maximum capacity of 30 tons. This high-capacity system is designed to handle large-scale processing and heavy-duty material handling. Our clamping systems and drive mechanisms enable high-tonnage coils to be uncoiled with exceptional precision. Its high load capacity also makes it ideal for the requirements of large-scale manufacturing and heavy industry.
Cut-to-Length Process
The cut-to-length process at our facility is carried out through a fast and efficient production sequence. Our line utilizes a hydraulic flattening system to achieve perfectly flat sheets. Once the required flatness has been achieved, the material is cut to our customers' specified dimensions using precision guillotine shears.
The finished steel plates are then carefully stacked, packaged, and delivered to our customers. Thanks to our professional and meticulous processing procedures, customers receive ready-to-use plates with accurate dimensions and clean, precisely finished edges.
