After processing the stainless steel sheets with a precise hairline finish, we take every precaution to prevent surface scratches. Transportation and installation are critical stages of the production process. To protect these sensitive surfaces, we offer a dual protection system that preserves the surface finish throughout handling and transportation.
PVC coating is applied upon customer request. This protective layer helps prevent scratches and preserves the surface quality of the sheets. In addition, we offer paper interleaving between the sheets after stacking. This prevents metal-to-metal contact during transportation and storage, minimizing the risk of surface damage and deformation.
Precision Cutting
We apply the hairline finish according to our customers' specific requirements. Using our guillotine shearing systems, we cut the sheets to the exact dimensions required for each project with maximum accuracy. Our precision cutting process eliminates edge deformation and burr formation. Once production is completed, the finished sheets are carefully stacked and delivered safely to our customers.
