GRINDING / SCOTCH-BRITE LINE

The Coil-to-Coil Grinding / Scotch-Brite Line consists of the following units and capacity specifications:

• Equipped with a 20-ton capacity coil uncoiling machine.
• Performs coil-to-coil grinding and Scotch-Brite surface finishing.
• The grinding and brushing machine is equipped with two calibration abrasive belts and one brushing unit, enabling grinding, brushing, or both operations to produce duplex surface finishes ranging from 120 grit to 400 grit. It processes stainless steel coils with thicknesses from 0,50 mm to 4,00 mm and widths up to 1600 mm. Its high-performance air extraction and filtration system prevents dust emission while simultaneously cleaning the processed surfaces.
• The coating line applies PE protective film ranging from 10 to 100 microns in thickness to stainless steel coils up to 1600 mm in width.
