Products Manufactured by the Pipe & Profile Production Line
Our Pipe & Profile Production Line manufactures two main product categories in accordance with customer specifications: box profiles and stainless steel pipes. The production process utilizes stainless steel sheets supplied in coil form as the primary raw material.
The stainless steel pipes manufactured on this production line are available with wall thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 3 mm and diameters ranging from 5 mm to 168 mm.
In addition to stainless steel pipes, the line also manufactures box profiles. These are produced with wall thicknesses between 1 mm and 3 mm, with dimensions ranging from a minimum of 10 × 10 mm up to a maximum of 100 × 100 mm.
The stainless steel coils used in the production of both product groups are available in AISI 316, 304L, 304, 316L, and 201 grades.

Operating Principle of the Pipe & Profile Production Line
As the Pipe & Profile Production Line consists of multiple integrated units, its operating principle varies according to the function of each unit. Every stage of the process is carried out with precision to ensure the production of high-quality products.
The stainless steel coil intended for pipe or profile production is first loaded onto the Hydraulic Coil Transfer Car. Since the material is supplied in coil form, it is then unwound by the Coil Uncoiler. Once the stainless steel strip is prepared for processing, a welding operation is performed. This process ensures continuous production by allowing the end of one coil to be welded to the beginning of the next, thereby preventing interruptions in the manufacturing process.
In the Saw Unit, the stainless steel material is cut using either cold-cutting or hot-cutting methods, preparing it for the forming process. The material is then shaped into stainless steel pipes or box profiles in the Forming Unit.
Once the required shape has been achieved, the product undergoes surface processing to remove any scratches and burrs. This is followed by cooling and stacking, after which the finished pipes and profiles are discharged from the production line.
