TEAR PATTERN LINE
The Tear Pattern Sheet Cut-to-Length Line is used for stair treads, walkways, ramps, and industrial applications. It provides both enhanced safety and anti-slip performance. At our Stainless Steel Service Center, tear pattern coils are processed into plates tailored to our customers' project requirements. The cut-to-length process is carried out without affecting the quality or geometry of the embossed pattern, allowing the finished products to be used directly in your manufacturing operations with high performance.
Thickness Capacity of the Tear Pattern Line
To meet the requirements of a wide range of projects and industries, our processing capacity has been designed to be highly versatile. Our Tear Pattern Line is capable of processing stainless steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 2,00 mm to 5,00 mm.
We process tear pattern stainless steel coils within this thickness range and offer a maximum processing width of 1500 mm to meet diverse manufacturing requirements. This flexible capacity enables us to provide solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
Pattern Dimensions
One of the greatest advantages of tear pattern sheets is their embossed surface. The embossed pattern enhances slip resistance and provides excellent traction. During processing, the geometry and form of the embossed pattern remain intact. We manufacture the pattern dimensions in accordance with applicable standards.

Cut-to-Length Process
The patterned sheets are processed through our guillotine shearing system and cut to the dimensions requested by our customers. Thanks to our professional manufacturing process, the cut edges remain free from deformation and burrs.
Once the process is completed, the finished plates are carefully stacked and prepared for shipment to construction sites or factories.
