Vietnam’s Trade Remedies Authority has accepted an anti-dumping petition on cold-rolled stainless steel from China, Indonesia and Taiwan (PoC), with a decision on whether to open an investigation due by mid-November. The move comes as Taiwan (PoC) has found injury in its own AD case on Vietnamese cold-rolled stainless, pointing to tightening trade defence on both sides.
