The "Steel Women" night, organized by the Stainless Steel Industrialists and Businesspeople Association (PASİD), brought together women professionals working in the stainless steel industry.
The event celebrated the achievements of women who play active roles across every aspect of the industry, from production to management. PASİD representatives emphasized that strengthening women's presence in the sector would make a significant contribution to both manufacturing productivity and the Turkish economy.
Throughout the evening, participants highlighted the importance of giving women a stronger voice in the future of the industry while emphasizing solidarity and equality.
